What if my servers grow?
We only count sustained growth, so a busy weekend never changes your bill. You get 60 days to move up, and nothing stops in the meantime.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, on every plan except the smallest. Uncommon is yearly only, because at that price a monthly charge would be mostly card fees. Paying yearly costs ten months rather than twelve on every plan that offers both.
Cancelling?
One click, and it takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Every server on that subscription keeps working until then. No hoops.
How many servers can one subscription cover?
As many as you like. Add them from one subscription, billed once for their combined member count. Manage it from your dashboard, any time. See how billing works.
Refunds?
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. All or nothing, and the paid term ends immediately: every server billed on that subscription stops creating channels within an hour, while servers under 100 members are not billed on it and keep working. Past 14 days, cancel instead and keep the rest of the period you paid for. Full terms on refunds.
Over 300,000 members?
Servers that big need a conversation before we switch the bot on, so the top tier is quoted rather than a checkout button. Find us in the support server and we will work out the right setup.
Ran one of the original gold, sapphire, or diamond subscriptions?
A permanent 30% loyalty discount is yours, whether your old sub is still active or lapsed long ago. Log into the dashboard and you should automatically get the discount.
Can I self-host instead?
Yes, always. It is the same code we run, open source. The hosted service buys you convenience, never features. The /export and /import commands move your server config wherever you choose to go.
